Emma is a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, the gold standard for global coaching accreditation; as well as a member of the International Stress Management Association ISMA and the French Association for Mindfulness.

She trained as an Executive Coach for Performance and Purpose in Organisations – PCI Sir John Whitmore, a qualified Stress Management Practitioner (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body), & has Advanced Specialist training status with the National Counselling Society in bereavement support.

She is also a trained and certified MBSR instructorADM & Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society, UMASS founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

British-born and holding dual nationality, Emma has resided in France since 1996 and coaches in both English and French.
